We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Azure to join our growing team. This individual will design and implement data-driven solutions that leverage machine learning, advanced analytics, and cloud-based architectures to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying models in Azure and thrives in environments where innovation and efficiency intersect.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models and data pipelines on Azure.
- Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and related services for data integration and analysis.
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.) to address real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within client environments.
- Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure robust, secure, and cost-optimized deployments.
- Document, monitor, and improve models in production, ensuring long-term accuracy and performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with Azure cloud services (ADF, Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks preferred).
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in data center optimization, IT infrastructure analytics, or cloud/virtualization environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
