Title: MAC Engineer
Location: onsite - Colorado Springs metro area
Pay Rate: $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
This position is for someone who has a passion for evolving technology and customer support
You will provide exceptional technical expertise within a large organization for macOS and Apple hardware support needs. This position is a key player as a subject matter expert to the IT support team and our customers by assessing situations, sharing knowledge, and providing technology support.
Requirements:
•ACSP, /CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in some facet of IT is preferred
•Deskside Support background
•Must pass a background check.
Experience:
•3-5 years of Mac enterprise support
•4+ years of Deskside support background preferred.
•2+ years of network/infrastructure background
Location: onsite - Colorado Springs metro area
Pay Rate: $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
