Project Management Director

SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Project Management Director.  The Project Management Director must come with an entrepreneurial spirit.  The Project Management Director will be responsible for building an international Project Management practice inside a large, already established organization.  

Key Responsibilities:

* The Project Management Director will be responsible for establishing the project management framework and to communicate with all levels of stake holders for all locations globally.

* The Project Management Director will be responsible for establishing the project management tools and technologies.

* The Project Management Director will be responsible for leading company projects and defining all requirement outcomes.

* The Project Management Director will be responsible for building a project team in order to make sure that performance levels are met.

* The Project Management Director should have a minimum of 7 years of project management experience.

* The Project Management Director should have experience leading projects and project management teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $160-200K, depending on experience.  There's also a target bonus of 20%.  Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
