Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects, providing end-to-end leadership including planning, coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution. This role also carries responsibility for financial oversight and performance of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, field supervisors, and regulatory agencies.

• Direct on-site personnel and guide project execution to meet deadlines and stay within financial parameters.

• Proactively identify and address potential delays, cost issues, or other challenges to maintain project stability.

• Evaluate staffing needs and workload requirements to optimize labor efficiency.

• Track key performance metrics related to cost, quality, timelines, and overall project delivery.

• Monitor financial indicators such as revenue, profit margins, billing rates, and resource utilization to inform strategic decisions.

• Perform other related tasks as needed to support project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a similar field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within commercial, public, or civil construction settings, including tasks like scheduling, budgeting, billing, and resolving operational issues.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., CPM), cost estimation, and document control platforms (e.g., P6).

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information in both written and verbal formats.
