SNI Technology’s client located in Greeley, CO is immediately seeking to hire a Student Services Specialist for an exciting, 2-month contract opportunity. This part-time, position is expected to be 25 hours per week onsite M-F, 12:00-5:00pm MT, paying $19.26 hourly during the contract duration of the assignment. The estimated duration for this assignment is November 11 to January 17, 2025.
Student Services Specialist
Under general to limited supervision, provides office support to the Adult Education and English Language Learning Department; provides information specific to department and/or work operations primarily to students as front-line support staff.

Student Services Specialist
Under general to limited supervision, provides office support to the Adult Education and English Language Learning Department; provides information specific to department and/or work operations primarily to students as front-line support staff.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist students in both English and Spanish in the area of enrollment specialization; provide guidance, direction and/or assistance.
- Distribute and/or process applicable departmental forms; accept receipt of forms; review for accuracy and/or completeness.
- Access integrated computer database system; provide data entry (keyboarding); conduct information recovery; gather data, compile information, print reports and/or provide printouts of
- source information.
- Manage and maintain records, database(s) and/or statistics; verify and update information.
- Provide information to current and potential students on programs, policies, procedures and
- Using a variety of mediums, prepare and conduct communication that provides program
- Evaluate and analyze program related information; resolve student issues/concerns; make
- May perform standard mathematical calculations; may create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Use standard office equipment such as computer, copier, fax, document scanner, etc. to perform
Other Functions:
- Provide feedback/input to Director about scope and efficiency of services and customer concerns.
- Develop timelines, deadlines and/or procedures for department and/or work unit operations.
- Bilingual proficiency and advanced level Spanish skills is a must have requirement.
- Associates degree, plus two (2) years of experience in customer service or other related experience OR
- No degree & four (4) years of experience in customer service or related experience.

- Organizational structure, workflow and standard office procedures.
- Methods to research and analyze information.
- Customer service standards and procedures.
