SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an IT Support Technician in Downtown Denver. The IT Support Technician will work in a hybrid role. The IT Support Technician will work in a service based opportunity. The IT Support Technician must have strong communication and be a team oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The IT Support Technician must have strong software and hardware support.
* The IT Support Technician will largely work on Microsoft fixes, but will require Apple iOS support as well.
* The IT Support Technician must have strong Hardware provisioning skills.
* The IT Support Technician will play on the Help Desk team and work to develop documentation for other team members.
* The IT Support Technician will work to create policies for the Technical Support team.
* The IT Support Technician will be responsible for handling internal requests to resolve issues regarding e-mails, dashboard alerts and a variety of technical problems that arise.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $50-60/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
