C#/.NET Developer-Hybrid-FTL

The Software Developer reviews/analyzes and modifies systems including encoding/test/debugging and documenting programs with an emphasis on database connectivity and reporting. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish complicated tasks.
 
Must Haves

• 5-7+ years’ experience C#/.NET
• 3-5+ yrs. SQL skills
• In depth understanding of relational concepts/programming
• Proven ability to implement a software solution from inception to production
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• In depth understanding of object-oriented programming, software development life cycle
• Experience with Service oriented architectures, web Services
• Experience with Scrum and/or Agile
• Project management skills
• Experience in a provider/payer environment
• Experience with workflow tools/business process management suites
• Experience with unit testing tools/frameworks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience with two or more years in an application development/ support environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• In depth understanding of the concept of relational database design and database programming.
• In depth understanding of database reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize priorities in workload and manage time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Degree Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
