Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Job Description:
SNI Companies in partnering with one of our clients in the sales training industry looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing email communications, following up on inquiries via phone, and supporting special projects assigned by leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails

Follow up on inquiries and leads via phone to ensure timely resolution and engagement

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service

Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed by leadership
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
