A well-known Managed Service Provider located downtown Chicago is looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.


This position is a direct placement opportunity with excellent benefits.

The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of Administration/Support experience with Windows Servers/Desktops, MAC, Office Professional and Exchange/O365. In this role you will be supporting the company's clients and working directly with the Systems Engineers.

To be considered for the role you should have experience with the following:
3+ years of technical support experience
Windows 7/8/10
Windows Server 08/12
Workstation/Server troubleshooting experience
MS Office Suite
DNS, TCP/IP, AD
Exchange/O365
MAC experience
