Title: Solutions Engineer
Onsite/Remote: Onsite/Hybrid
Start Date: 7/22/2024
Status: contract-to-hire
Salary: $65K to $80K annually + full benefits
 

General Purpose

The Solutions Engineer is a key member of the project team who designs technical solutions in various technical environments as well as creating & scoping project plans for implementing technical solutions. The Solutions Engineer also works tasks to implement technical solutions.
 

Education or Formal Training

1. 
   
   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of related education and experience (required)
   
   
2. 
   
   Server+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent combination of related training and experience
   
   
3. 
   
   CCNA certification is an advantage
   
   
4. 
   
   Security+, and Cloud+ certifications are an advantage
   
   
5. 
   
   JSS/JAMF Pro certifications are an advantage
   
   
6. 
   
   Other relevant certifications are an advantage
   
   

Experience

Required

• Minimum of 6 years diverse IT experience
• 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience in networking and system administration
• 3+ years experience designing, configuring, implementing & troubleshooting
