Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with proficiency in Pega application development, Kubernetes orchestration, Azure cloud services, and Dashboard development. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining Pega applications while collaborating closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Customize and configure Pega applications to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and services.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Pega applications using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Containerize Pega applications and manage deployments using Kubernetes on Azure.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for Pega applications and infrastructure (e.g., using ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor application health, performance, and usage metrics.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of Pega applications through effective DevOps practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and infrastructure in a timely manner.
  • Implement security best practices throughout the Pega application lifecycle and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a deep understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Pega applications across various domains (e.g., CRM, BPM, Case Management).
  • Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and deployment of containerized applications, preferably on Azure (e.g., AKS).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure SQL Database, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of dashboard development and visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) for monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, CLSA) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) for Azure.
  • Familiarity with Docker containerization and other container orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
