IT Support Analyst in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL at SNI Technology

SNI Technology is currently recruiting for a IT Support Analyst for a great local client in Ponte Vedra, FL.

This will be a contract to hire role targeting around $19/hr.-$21/hr. to start. This role will be onsite position during normal business hours Monday-Friday. 

Job Requirements/Qualification:

• 1-2 years of IT Support Experience
• Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support 
• Experience with ticketing management system
• Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience managing and supporting iPhone & Android mobile technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems
