SNI Technology's client located in Denver, CO is actively seeking to hire an IT Development Team Lead on a full-time, direct-hire basis.



The Opportunity - IT Development Team Lead

SNI Technology's client is currently seeking to fill an open Team Lead position focusing on a small team responsible for data and coding.

This is an outstanding opportunity for motivated and talented software developers who are looking to write code, manage a small team, while also serving as the technical reporting expert for our IT staff!

The position will be responsible for the development, delivery, and maintenance of reporting-based applications and solutions which support the organization. Additionally, the position will include ongoing project-based development work, the delivery of scheduled reports, ad-hoc report development and enhancements, and day-to-day support of existing applications and reporting solutions. All of this will be completed in a complex data environment spanning multiple servers and thousands of tables.

This particular position will be located at our client's Denver location, and is a full-time, permanent role.

Our client is looking for exceptional people with the following skills:

  • Experience with C#, .NET, T-SQL, XML, VB.NET, SOAP, and REST.
  • Production experience developing reporting solutions/applications (SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, etc.).
  • Experience with creating and troubleshooting T-SQL and stored procedures.
  • Experience with ETL data integration.
  • Experience leading projects/business analysis.
  • Experience performing ticket and project management.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.

Our client is also looking for candidates possessing the following qualifications:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes confusing and/or contradictory information.
  • Ability to quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be primary area of expertise.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external customers possessing various levels of technical knowledge.
