SNI has teamed with a valuable client on a search for a Help Desk Team Leader. The Help Desk Team Leader will work on a team of 2 professionals to ensure that high levels of customer service are offered to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Help Desk Team Leader will work on building and deploying Windows 7 replacement computers.
* The Help Desk Team Leader will ensure that all calls have proper coverage and that end users feel good about the service.
* The Help Desk Team Leader will help to manage the process of incoming calls.
* The Help Desk Team Leader will help design escalation policies.
* The Help Desk Team Leader will help to troubleshoot computer software.
* The Help Desk Team Leader will be responsible for setting up computer hardware and software.
