Job Description

SNI Technology® is looking for outstanding Helpdesk Support people with excellent customer service. Successful candidates will have the following skills:

  • High School Diploma and 2 years practical experience.
  • Equipment/Software Experience:
    - Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS.
    - Windows Server and Active Directory.
    - Understanding of network principles.
  • Provide 1st line technical support via phone and email.
  • Remote and on-site support to end users.
  • High degree of customer service.
  • Log all calls on the ticketing logging system.
  • Help resolve any hardware or software problems.
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Virtualization experience (i.e. VMWare).
  • Update configuration files.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware installation, set-up and configuration.
  • Responsible for system back-ups.

The following skills are all pluses to have with:

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree Computer Science or equal.
  • Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • TCP/IP experience.
