Job Description

To be considered for this position the candidate should be experienced in the following fields:

  • QuickBooks Enterprise - able to troubleshoot and administration.
  • Excel - accounting formulas and spreadsheets
  • Reporting P & L's and Balance Sheets
  • A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll as well as various reports and statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations & financial analysis
  • Able to produce financial statements on a monthly basis and year-end reporting

As Bookkeeper you must possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
  • Trustworthy and reliable
