SNI is seeking a strong Desktop Support professional for a valued client in Boulder. The Desktop Support professional should have first-class customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment. The Desktop Support professional will be responsible for responding to issues that relate to software, hardware and telephony applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Desktop Support professional should have strong Windows 7 and 10 experience.
* The Desktop Support professional should be able to provide tier 1 and tier 2 desktop support for both Incidents and Service Requests.
* The Desktop Support professional should have Windows7 and Mac OS X operating systems environment experience.
* The Desktop Support professional should have Active Directory skills.
* The Desktop Support professional should be able to handle the maintenance of inventory lists on PC peripherals and, software.
* The Desktop Support professional should have strong imaging skills.
* The Desktop Support professional should be able to troubleshoot hardware for desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, mobile devices and VOIP telephones.
