Job Description

SNI Technology is currently searching for a Client Services/Help Desk Representative for a contract to hire role for a healthcare client on the Southside of Jacksonville.
No Sponsorship or 3rd parties, US Citizen or GC Holders only.
Must be local to Jacksonville.
Summary:The Client Services Representative I is responsible for working with the transactions processing system to document and resolve all customer service contact from users. The Client Services Representative I will serve as first level support for Web/EDI issues that are identified by users. Will research EDI claim errors and transmission problems, follow-up with customers to provide resolution to issues and will document the resolution provided as well as provide training to users as necessary. Will interact closely with other team members to provide the highest quality of customer service. May be called upon to serve in multiple roles in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate environment.

Provides support for all users located in multiple states while maintaining excellent customer service in all problem resolution situations.
Candidates must have:

  • High School Diploma and 1 or more year in a customer support role (or a Bachelor's Degree to substitute)
  • Ability to communicate efficiently about IT issues
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of computer operations
